Hello pals! Joyful Friday! What’s occurring this weekend? We’ve got a brand new child within the household! I’m so so excited for Trevor and Danielle, and naturally, can’t wait to get these child meals going. Aside from child pleasure, we’ve loads occurring this weekend. Liv is getting her solo choreography, P has a basketball sport, it’s fall pageant, Liv and I’ve a Nationwide Charity League occasion, aaaand we’re assembly up on the motion pictures with some pals. I’m hoping we are able to sneak in Halloween decorations, too! I’d love to listen to what you’re as much as.

Watch the full senate hearing from this week here! I’m so fired up after this unbelievable occasion, and so grateful to the highly effective and eduated voices that spoke. From one in every of my favourite MDs to observe on-line, Dr. Casey Means, to Jillian Michaels, Vani Hari, and Max Lugavere, it makes me hopeful that true change will occur right here within the states. This isn’t a partisan subject; all of us need our children to have the chance to stay more healthy lives. There’s no purpose why the standard of our meals needs to be so poor in comparison with different international locations. I’ll be doing a full podcast episode about my ideas on all of this subsequent week!

I went to San Diego final weekend to attend the Lagree Stage 1 certification workshop at DEFINE. I’m not fairly certain what I’m going to do with this new info… but when anybody is trying to put money into a Tucson Lagree studio, let me know! (Kidding however not likely lol.)

The perfect a part of it was spending time with Betsy! We Lagreed it up, and likewise had superb San Diego meals, and I slept of their visitor room (the place I binged a number of episodes of Emily and Paris every evening. It was a wonderful deal with!!)
